Here at Just Dog Food, our dog loving staff want to do the utmost to keep your Hound as happy and healthy as “Happy” the Hound on our logo is and this includes getting their dinner, healthcare or treats to them, so we have done our best to offer Houndastic freight services!

We do not offer Shipping outside of Australia.
Here at Just Dog Food, we will always do our best to get your orders to you as soon as we can so that you can serve ‘dinner’ on time or keep up the health and happiness of your best four legged friend.
We aim to have all items that are in stock & ordered on a weekday, processed and dispatched within 36 business hours for you.
Once orders have been dispatched, we estimate delivery times of:
Adelaide & SA: 1-3 business days.
Sydney: 2-5 business days.
Melbourne: 2-4 business days.
Brisbane: 3-6 business days.
Perth: 4-7 business days.
Hobart: 4-7 business days
Regional & remote areas can take longer depending upon your distance from a major Capital city, so please allow up to 15 business days. If you want to get an idea though, just contact the Just Dog Food Team and we will get back to you with an estimate. We will always do our best to get your order as soon as we can!

Our standard delivery days are Monday to Friday.
As Delivery Services do not normally work on public holidays, please be prepared for delays, particularly around Christmas, New Year and Easter.
……So that you don’t run out of food, treats or health solutions for the hound you love over the holidays, we suggest you bring your order forward by 2 – 3 weeks or maybe stock up on additional food, treats or health products in the lead up to minimise the risk of running out.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
All our goods are shipped via our trusted Delivery Partners, so unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Shipping Conditions & Exclusions
- *Free shipping calculations are based on the total amount payable for your order less any shipping and may not apply when a discount coupon or voucher has reduced your order total below the $69 threshold for Adelaide Metro or the $99 threshold for the major Capital and Regional cities listed above required to qualify for free shipping.
- **Delivery (free or otherwise) can only be offered to areas reachable through our standard Delivery Services and may exclude extremely remote locations. If you are unsure about your location you may contact us prior to ordering and we will do our best to make arrangements for you that could work.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered at reasonable cost.
- Delivery Postcodes delivery charges are subject to change without notice.
Delivery of items is subject to availability and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item that is not able to be supplied.
However, because we are passionate about the happiness of your Hound, we will attempt to contact you to suggest a similar product to maintain a ‘Happy Hound!” or if you prefer to wait for the item to be back in stock, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Although we prefer someone being home so that we can make sure you have received your order, we understand that it is not always possible for you to be home to accept a delivery, which is why we ask that you fill in the “Order Notes” when checking out and our drivers will deliver anything from Just Dog Food without requiring a signature and do their best to leave it where you have instructed.
Should you not leave any instructions, the Delivery Service will leave a ‘Delivery Note’ asking to contact them for re delivery, leave it at the local Post Office or return it to Just Dog Food if they do not hear back from you, whereby we can organise shipping to you again at your cost.
Our ‘Leave it at the door service’ has been widely accepted and embraced by our customers because it is so convenient but please note… as unfortunate that it may be should your order get lost or go missing once deemed ‘delivered’ by the Delivery Service, we don’t offer any assistance in these cases.

Can I pick my order up instead of getting it delivered?
Yes you can, North Brighton SA, just email me first.
What can I do if my order does not arrive in the estimated time frame?
As much as we try to get your order to you as efficiently as possible, sometimes things may not go to plan…
If you find that your order has not turned up as estimated, simply track your order with the tracking number sent to you or just contact us.
Order cancellations can be made prior to Just Dog Food shipping the item. Please contact us on 0448 197 456 or contact us. If making a cancellation request via email you must allow 48 business hours for the email to be processed and the order cancelled. Goods already shipped may be able to be cancelled and refunded minus shipping costs. Please contact us to discuss options.
All prices are in Australian Dollars and freight costs are in addition to the price of the product.

The Team at Just Dog Food will always commit to providing the best possible service to keep your Hound happy. We also understand that there may be times when you may not be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, Just Dog Food offer a full refund, store credit or exchange of the goods purchased within 7 days of receipt of your goods, less any ‘Delivery Service’ freight and handling that may apply regardless of the reason for return. The only exception being if we have delivered the incorrect goods to you.
Please be aware that due to the way ‘Delivery Services’ operate, freight back to us may be more than what it is to you and no C.O.D returns will be accepted.
If you have had the item for more than 7 days, an additional restocking fee of $14.95 will apply.
Packaging the item(s) for return:
You will need to repack the product/s well enough for shipping and well enough to prevent any damage. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during any return transit due to inadequate protection. Any physical damage caused may also void any existing warranty coverage on the product by manufacturers.
What to include with the return:
Please return the complete product, including any manuals, boxes or other accessories that may have been included within the package/product.
You will also need to include a copy of your receipt (not the original) and a copy of the ‘Returns Form’ which we will email to you at the time you contact us, with sufficient details to highlight any suspected faults. Please be sure to also include your personal contact information in case these details have changed since the time of your purchase.
Addressing and Labelling:
Clearly mark our return delivery address that we will supply upon approval to return. This will ensure your return is handled by the correct department and will avoid possible delays. Failure to label the return correctly could result in the parcel not being accepted by our staff.

No credits, exchanges or returns are offered for ‘sale’ items or items that have been opened, are soiled or used in any way. Please choose your products carefully and check them again prior to paying for them.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method so that we can make this process as easy as possible for you.
